An award-winning luxury property management company is seeking a Senior Service Charge / Client Accountant to join their growing finance function. Location: London / Hybrid. Salary: Up to £65,000.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service charge accounting across a high-value residential portfolio.
• Supervise and mentor a small to medium-sized team, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Prepare and review budgets, reconciliations, and year-end accounts.
• Act as a key point of contact for asset managers, landlords, and property managers.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service charge / client accounting within residential or mixed-use property.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of QUBE (or similar property management systems) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with strong financial and reporting acumen.
