Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Observability Focus

We’re looking for a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong focus on observability and monitoring. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping a close eye on systems, ensuring reliability, and driving improvements in tooling and visibility—without on-call pressure.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day system health, performance, and stability.
  • Implement, maintain, and enhance observability practices across the organization.
  • Work with monitoring and visualization tools such as Grafana and Elastic.
  • Develop dashboards and alerts that provide actionable insights for engineering teams.
  • Partner with development and operations teams to drive best practices in reliability.
  • Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues before they become incidents.
  • Continuously improve processes, documentation, and technical standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a closely related role.
  • Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, and logging tools (Grafana, Elastic, or similar).
  • Hands-on technical background with the ability to dive into details.
  • Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP — any background welcome).
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between teams.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hybrid model (2 days in-office).

What We Offer

  • Hybrid working arrangement for flexibility and collaboration.
  • A technical, impactful role without on-call responsibilities.
  • Opportunity to shape and mature observability practices within the organization.
