Senior Social Ads Account Manager, based in the centre of Lincoln.
Location & Working Hours
Work from our Head Office at the Mosaic Digital Hub (3 days a week, 2 days remote), Silver St, Lincoln.
8am – 4:30pm or 9am – 5:30pm with a one‑hour lunch break (4pm finish on a Friday).
About the Role
You will bring exceptional communication and organisational skills, deep expertise in Performance Marketing, and a passion for delivering outstanding results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Paid Social strategies that help clients hit their targets on a wide range of platforms.
- Manage client relationships and collaborate with the team to optimise campaigns and achieve performance goals.
- Actively communicate with clients, providing frequent updates and reporting on monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics.
- Use Meta Business Manager to effectively run social media campaigns for a wide range of clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with agency clients through face‑to‑face, Zoom, telephone, and written contact.
- Pitch social media services to prospective clients; sales interest and new business drive is desirable.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years of managing Paid Media campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram Ads (agency experience preferred but not essential).
- Experience with eCommerce Social Ads (essential).
- Strong creative and graphic design skills; experience with Photoshop/Illustrator (preferred).
- Data‑driven approach to managing campaigns and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Managing clients with annual revenues in the 7‑ to 8‑figure range.
- Desire to learn broader marketing platforms and Ad networks.
