About this role
Candidates successful in the recruitment process will be offered roles across the Product Engineering function.
What you'll do
- Operate at the project or feature level, taking ownership of significant features or focused projects that may contain a level of ambiguity.
- Demonstrate autonomy in driving technical work, effectively collaborate across the team, lead design discussions, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with the broader technical vision.
- Mentor junior engineers, drive process improvements, and champion engineering best practices within the team.
- Be a key contributor at engineering forums, such as Communities of Practice (CoPs), to share knowledge and ideas.
Where and how you'll work
This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham or London office. We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. We're big on collaboration and connection, so you'll be based in either our Nottingham or London office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
