What You’ll Be Doing

  • Our stack is composed mainly of TypeScript, NextJS, Shopify, Contentful and Hono.
  • Work as part of an agile delivery team practising CI/CD.
  • Write high‑quality, performant, secure and maintainable code.
  • Constantly level‑up the team in writing clean code.
  • Champion best‑practice software craftsmanship through examples and rigorous reviews.
  • Occasionally speak and present at sprint demos and Web CoP events.
  • Translate technical concepts for non‑technical people.
  • Work across a number of code repositories with an e‑commerce and Web 3 focus.
  • Create and review feature blueprints to enable effective design, planning and forecasting.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience contributing to enterprise‑level codebases.
  • A keen eye for quality, complemented by great communication skills.
  • A great learning mindset – for teaching, mentoring and expanding your own knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of Domain‑Driven Design, eXtreme Programming and Clean Code.
  • Experience with TDD, pairing and a whole‑team approach.
  • An appreciation for data‑driven decision making.
