Senior Software Engineer - Enterprise+ App team

We are growing our engineering team and are looking to welcome a Senior Software Engineer into the Enterprise + App team. You will join a cross-functional team with full ownership of our products and codebase, taking part in every step of the development process, from ideation to maintenance. You can grow as an individual while influencing the direction of projects and technological choices.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will leverage your extensive knowledge to spearhead the development of our products. You will guide architectural decisions, ensure code quality, and mentor fellow engineers, promoting a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Understand the existing technical landscape and plan, implement, and release new features that complement it
  • Participate in decision-making and design discussions during development
  • Troubleshoot existing software and fix bugs
  • Inspire and challenge the organization with your problem-solving knowledge
  • Mentor and coach less experienced colleagues
  • Help lead the technical direction of the team through the adoption of best practices and tooling

Who You Are

  • Senior-level experience, building full-stack applications with diverse teams
  • Developing REST APIs and distributed cloud services
  • Extensive proficiency in React and Node.js
  • Proficient AWS experience is a must
  • Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset with a bias to action
  • Personable and helpful, willing to give and receive feedback constructively
  • Motivated to push yourself and others to constantly improve in a healthy way
