What You’ll Do

  • Lead development across modern C# and React applications.
  • Mentor and support a talented team of engineers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate closely with product and AI teams to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions.
  • Champion engineering excellence – from CI/CD to clean architecture and testing culture.
  • Contribute to technical strategy and the adoption of new technologies across the stack.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience designing and building scalable full-stack systems in cloud environments (Azure/GCP preferred).
  • Passion for mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and building high-performing teams.
  • Curiosity around AI integration and how it can drive real product innovation.
