Job Title: Senior Backend .NET Developer
Location: Hybrid - Bristol
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 + Great Bonus and Benefits

Role

We're looking for a talented Senior .NET Developer to join a highly secure, product-focused organisation operating in a fast-paced and innovative environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with modern technologies, driving the development of scalable and reliable solutions at the core of the business.

The role is predominantly Back End-focused, using C#, .NET Core, Azure, and Kubernetes, with occasional exposure to React on the Front End. You'll be working alongside a collaborative engineering team, building high-quality, secure, and high-performing products that have real impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Back End services using .NET Core.
• Deploy and manage applications in Azure with Kubernetes for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a product-focused environment.
• Ensure high standards of security, performance, and maintainability.
• Support continuous improvement by introducing new ideas, tools, and practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Back End developer using .NET Core.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and Kubernetes.
• Experience building scalable, resilient applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to Front End frameworks such as React (nice to have, not essential).
• Strong understanding of software development principles, testing, and CI/CD practices.
