The Role:

Seeking a Senior Residential Development Solicitor to join one of the UK's leading Residential teams. You will advise on flagship residential and mixed-use schemes for housebuilders, land promoters, PRS investors, affordable housing providers, and developers.

The team is expanding, handling major development transactions, including sale contracts, option agreements, development funding, and collaboration arrangements. You will oversee complex transactions and uphold the team's reputation for excellence.

About You:

• Experience: 7+ years' PQE in residential development, including in housebuilding, build-to-rent, strategic land, or affordable housing.
• Client Engagement: Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships within the UK residential sector.
• Leadership: Confident in mentoring juniors and contributing to team growth.
• Expertise: In-depth understanding of the living sector, current trends, and legal developments.
