Senior Solutions Architect

We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Senior Solutions Architect to join our NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) consulting team. Specialising in AI and Automation, you'll be part of a dynamic and growing practice within our Sector vertical, covering HR, Finance and Commercial Consulting. What you'll be doing:
Designing the blueprint for automation and AI projects. Advising clients on secure and scalable solutions. Ensuring quality, compliance and scalability across all technical solutions. Mentoring others and developing the automation capability of the wider business. Overseeing delivery across multiple projects and supporting proposals and costings. Providing technical governance including code reviews and architecture standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in strategic consulting and intelligent automation delivery. Strong technical expertise in UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Python and Azure AI. Experience leading RPA teams, ideally within the NHS. Ability to mentor and guide developers and consultants. A proactive attitude towards emerging technologies and innovation. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical partners.
Nice to have:
NHS background or experience working with NHS systems and partners. Experience as a Senior Developer or Solutions Architect in automation-led transformation. Knowledge across POPIT disciplines and enterprise architecture.
