OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive the commercial success of a well-established and well-loved product (SchoolsBuddy) globally.This is a rare opportunity to own the commercial success of SchoolsBuddy across international and independent schools. As our Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind growth, working directly with schools to enhance their student services and activities, demonstrating how our platform transforms community life.This isn't a typical sales role—you'll be an entrepreneur within Faria, bringing together product, marketing, and customer success to build and execute a winning go-to-market strategy. You'll have the autonomy to shape how we serve this segment while rolling up your sleeves to do the foundational work that drives results.ResponsibilitiesOwn the Revenue: Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for SchoolsBuddy across international and independent schools globally, and explore the opportunities for SchoolsBuddy in the US public school marketBuild and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic relationship developmentLead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and closeAchieve and exceed quarterly and annual ARR targetsWork in tandem with a global sales force that is also incentivized to see you close opportunitiesBe the Market Expert: Become the voice of activities directors and student services leaders within Faria, deeply understanding their challenges in managing co-curricular programs, sports schedules, facilities, registrations, and communicationsConduct product demonstrations that showcase how SchoolsBuddy solves operational pain points—from activity sign-ups and attendance tracking to trip planning and facility managementGather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product development and positioningStay current on competitive landscape including SOCS, Clipboard, and other activity management solutionsDo the Work: Make cold calls, knock on doors (virtually and in person), and persistently pursue conversations with heads of co-curricular, activities coordinators, directors of student life, and operations leadersAttend conferences, school fairs, and regional education events to build relationships and generate leadsCreate your own collateral, case studies, and pitch materials when needed to win dealsDrive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to advocate for features, campaigns, and smooth handoffsRequirementsWho You AreRequired Experience5+ years in B2B SaaS sales or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targetsDirect experience with student activities management, co-curricular programs, sports administration, or afterschool program coordinationFamiliarity with activity management platforms such as SchoolsBuddy, SOCS, Clipboard, or similar solutions is highly desirableExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with school leadership teamsStudent Services BackgroundDeep understanding of how schools organize and manage co-curricular activities, sports programs, clubs, enrichment programs, and student servicesKnowledge of the operational challenges around registration, scheduling, communications, attendance tracking, and facility managementUnderstanding of international school or independent school operations and decision-making processesSkills And AttributesHunter mentality: You thrive on prospecting, opening doors, and creating opportunities where none existedSelf-starter: You don't wait for permission—you identify what needs to happen and make it happenCollaborative entrepreneur: You can rally teams around a shared vision and drive cross-functional initiativesExceptional communicator: You can articulate complex solutions clearly to diverse audiences, from activities coordinators to C-suite executivesData-driven: You use CRM tools effectively, analyze pipeline metrics, and make decisions based on evidenceResilient: You handle rejection well and maintain energy and optimism through long sales cyclesEmpathetic listener: You understand that activities directors are often overwhelmed and need solutions that genuinely make their lives easierLocation and LogisticsBased in EMEA or APAC with the flexibility to travel regularlyComfortable working across time zones with global teamsValid passport and ability to travel internationallyAll qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to age, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, nationality, or sex.
