Senior Specialist, Price & Value page is loaded## Senior Specialist, Price & Valuelocations: Londontime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 4 Days Agotime left to apply: End Date: September 26, 2025 (13 days left to apply)job requisition id: JR0328*Externally, this job can also be known as: Senior Commercial Analyst, Senior Commercial Strategy Analyst** This role is part of the Price & Value team which is responsible for our Existing Customer Pricing, Default Fee strategy, Persistent Debt strategy and Credit Building Initiatives.* You'll leverage strategy, data & analytics to drive improved commercial results and identify new opportunities to ensure business objectives are met.* You'll take end-to end ownership from strategy development to data targeting and execution across a range of initiatives, working with Legal, Conduct Risk, Platform Delivery, Product & Marketing, & Credit Risk teams.* You'll be accountable for modelling profitability impacts of initiatives and new credit products to inform business strategy and outlook. This includes end to end delivery of key business initiatives.* You'll often present at senior level (Director & ExCo) meetings to demonstrate the value that is driven by strategies and lead the continuous improvement of strategies to maximise business impact.* You'll have line management responsibility for one direct report as well as playing a leadership role across Commercial Strategy and Analytics.**Your Skills and Experience****Essential*** Strong quantitative analytical skills within a commercial environment including experience of financial product valuation methodologies, within consumer lending (Commercial/Credit Risk departments).* Strong logical and methodical approach to solving commercial problems with ability to align customer solutions to commercial and strategic goals.* Excellent knowledge of SQL/Excel with experience of manipulating and handling data from several complex sources and compiling to generate reports/MI within the financial sector.* Ability to present findings & analysis in a structured and well thought-through way, particularly when addressing a non-expert audience.* Strong ability to communicate effectively and persuasively* Ability to manage, develop, schedule and deliver complex requirements**Desirable*** Proven track record of delivery* Deep knowledge of UK Credit Card Regulation* Experience of Python or PowerBi**Your Personal Attributes*** **Problem Solver:**You should enjoy solving complex commercial problems and achieving a balance between customer and strategic goals.* **Independent:**You can work unsupervised with a high level of self-motivation to the highest standard within ambitious timescales.* **Collaborative:**You enjoy working cross functionally to achieve the best outcome for internal partners and customers to identify and propose ways forward*Externally, this job can also be known as: Senior Commercial Analyst, Senior Commercial Strategy Analyst*#LI-Hybrid#LI-TT1**We work with Textio to make our job design and hiring inclusive.**Permanent
