Thames Hospice is an independent adult hospice with a beautiful 28 bed hospice at Bray Lake in Maidenhead with views of the lake and state of the art facilities.

We have exciting opportunities within our Hospice at Home team for Senior Staff Nurses or Community Response Paramedics. You will need to be an experienced Registered Nurse or Registered Paramedic with experience of palliative care or other relevant experience. This is a busy but rewarding role working in a supportive team with a strong team spirit, the ideal candidate will be capable of autonomous decision making in the community, possessing good communication skills, excellent care values putting the patient first responding to urgent calls for symptom management whilst collaborating with other hospice services, carers, and community partners.

Work on a Saturday: Time and one third – 1.33

Work on a Sunday or Bank Holiday: Time and two thirds – 1.66

Work after 8pm-8am: Time and one third – 1.33
