Senior Strategic Account Manager - MarTech

They are now seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to take ownership of securing complex renewals and building long-term partnerships across a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients. This senior, highly commercial role requires an enterprise sales specialist with proven success in navigating competitive RFP scenarios, driving growth, and winning high-value deals.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to influence commercial strategy and work with some of the world’s most recognised brands.

This is a hybrid opportunity with 1-2 days per week in their London office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy for all renewals within the portfolio, from initial risk assessment through to final contract execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive success across renewals processes
  • Act as the lead negotiator on all commercial, legal, and procurement discussions
  • Build in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, client businesses, and the wider retail market
  • Utilise an established network to build and maintain key account relationships

The Successful Candidate

  • 10+ years experience in strategic account management or customer success of renewals experience is required
  • Must have experience working on enterprise-level renewals
  • Experience managing the full renewals process is essential
  • Must be from a MarTech, eCommerce, or Retail Tech background
  • Commutable to London 1-2 times per week
