As a Senior Strategic Finance Business Partner in the global team, you will join motivated individuals who fuel one another’s passions and embrace every day as an opportunity. Role & Responsibilities
Be a Strategic Partner: Partner senior leaders and lead the finance aspects of the development and execution of the company’s future strategy. Work closely with Business Intelligence to understand the market outlook and translate it into modality and asset strategy. Challenge assumptions, assess scenarios, and understand investment strategies and associated risks. Present and report the impact of these initiatives on the long-term finance plan (LTP). Enhance financial awareness within global functions. (40%) Support our asset strategy: Develop financial analyses linked to the asset strategy, model scenarios, make recommendations, and influence decisions for growth toward four times revenue by FY30. Collaborate with FDB site leadership and finance teams. (20%) Be the finance lead on global projects: Serve as the finance lead for projects initiated by global functions, ensuring robust business cases throughout approval and execution. Integrate finance requirements during project scoping and consult stakeholders on financial elements. (10%) Ensure adherence to governance: Collaborate with global functions to guide and support project governance and approval processes, ensuring robust business cases underpinned by financial rationale. (10%) Tell the Story Behind the Numbers: Prepare and present reports, business cases, and performance analyses, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. (10%) Champion Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance finance systems, processes and tools. Own the template for business case appraisal to ensure a consistent approach to financial appraisal and scenario analysis. (10%) Support M&A activity: On an ad hoc basis, support potential future M&A activities across deal stages from initial negotiation through due diligence and integration from signing to closing. Qualifications and Experience Minimum Background and Education
Master degree or professional Accounting ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA, or equivalent 8+ years' experience in a global or international role, preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience working with multi-site, multinational organizations across different time zones Experience with mergers and acquisitions and finance integration is preferable
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Currently a Senior Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner, or similar, with solid FP&A experience Analytical thinker who uses data to drive strategic decisions Strong stakeholder management with the ability to collaborate with senior leaders across global functions Proactive communicator who collaborates across teams and geographies Willingness to take on a global role with real impact Appreciates the importance of strategy in driving a business forward Self-starter with a systematic and dynamic approach to work Ability to exercise independent judgment using data Conceptual thinker and thought leadership Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly High attention to detail with strong analytical and data management skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse senior stakeholders and influence/persuade
