This role requires a Strategic People Partner to join the HR Management team of a major international bank. You will partner with one or more Execs/Senior Leaders to align people strategy with business objectives. You will drive strategic initiatives across talent management, culture, leadership development, organisational design and transformation to create and maintain a high performing agile workforce.
Responsibilities
- Understand the key strategic business goals and challenges
- Coach and influence Executives/Senior Leaders to develop leadership capability and strong relationships across teams
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design, develop and implement strategic talent approaches
- Analyse workforce trends using management information and data to gather meaningful insights
- Support hybrid working arrangements (approximately 3 days a week in the office) and work across London and Milton Keynes offices
- Contribute to the organisation’s transformation and oversee talent, culture and organisational design initiatives
Salary and Benefits
- Salary up to £100,000 (flexible depending on skills and experience) + £6,000 car allowance
- 30 days annual leave + bank holidays + option to buy and sell

Requirements
- Corporate banking or retail banking industry background
- Strong experience as an HR Business Partner with experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, organisational design and transformation
- Experience partnering and advising senior leadership teams at a strategic level
- Strong stakeholder management – influencing and negotiating
- Global experience
