This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and technology.Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banksTranslate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmapsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, and architectureSupport client engagements from early shaping to execution, including C-level interactionsContribute to internal capability building and team developmentBring thought leadership on bank steering, KPIs, financial performance and risk managementHelp define and evolve our finance & risk transformation offering for banking clientsJob locationRemote-first role based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Serbia or Romania.
