Senior Structural Design Engineer

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Design Engineer to join its operations team. This role involves delivering high‑quality structural and mechanical design solutions for new and existing products, supporting production, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce structural designs and carry out analysis, including FEA
• Support product development through testing, trials, and validation
• Provide technical support to production, sales, and site services
• Review design documentation and mentor junior engineers
• Liaise with certification bodies and ensure compliance with relevant standards

About You

• Degree in Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Strong understanding of structural analysis and engineering principles
• Experience with FEA and mechanical/process design
• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners
