Our client is a respected Australian-owned consultancy recognised for delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality structural solutions across a diverse range of projects. With a strong culture of collaboration, learning, and professional growth, this is an exciting opportunity to lead, design, and deliver complex structural projects while developing your leadership and technical expertise.

As a Senior Structural Engineer or Associate, you’ll take ownership of project delivery — from design and analysis through to construction. You’ll provide technical leadership, manage client relationships, and mentor junior engineers, playing a key role in driving successful outcomes for both your team and clients.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (CPEng/NER preferred)
• 5–10+ years of relevant structural design experience within consultancy
• Proven ability to lead or mentor a small team of engineers and drafters
• Strong understanding of Australian standards, codes, and building practices
• Timber design and site-based experience highly regarded
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
