- Senior Supply Chain Account Manager is a dynamic role with responsibility for setting and delivering the strategic supply chain direction for the brand across the Middle East supporting a significant global customer

The role:
- As Senior Supply Chain Account Manager you will work cross functionally with various stakeholders internally and externally within a key global customer to align and develop supply chain strategies that support growth and reduce costs
- In the role the Senior Supply Chain Account Manager will collaborate with subject matter experts across all functions to feed into business plans from a supply chain perspective to enhance and improves the supply chain across a key global customer
- Having fantastic influencing and collaboration skills the Senior Supply Chain Account Manager will lead projects across multiple areas focused on for example driving process improvement opportunities or identifying solutions to challenges the business is facing
- Working with the large global customer the Senior Supply Chain Account Manager will establish detailed ways of working, processes and collaborations that share expertise and delivery of commercial objectives.
- The Senior Supply Chain Account Manager will support growth plans and joint business plans being a creative thinker to maximise all opportunities
Ideal candidate:
- You will have strong breath of experience across all areas of supply chain from logistics to planning customer service to commercialisation this will have been gained from the food or drink sector and could be retail, hospitality or FMCG.
- Experience must be from a complex large consumer focused organisation and you be comfortable in a matrix structure
- It is essential to have managed a relationship with a large partner
- Ideally you will have experience gained from the Middle East but not essential. However you must be able to demonstrate working with different cultures and ways of working
- You will have fantastic influencing skills and have a collaborative style with a proven track record of engaging and working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels across multiple functions
- Having an entrepreneurial style you will be focused on finding solutions and creating opportunity and will be able to engage and take stakeholders on the journey to achieve project objectives.
- You will be comfortable regularly communication with senior individuals including board level and will be part of global leadership forums and projects.
- Although this role doesn't have any direct line management you will demonstrate fantastic leadership skills which are essential for this role.
Benefits & details:
- Excellent package - up to £90,000 plus car allowance, bonus and excellent benefits
- Location = Role split between West London office (2 days a week) and home (3 days a week)
