It’s worth mentioning that since our launch in June 2019, the company has experienced extremely significant growth in revenue. In 2023, THIS topped The Grocer and Alantra’s annual Fast 50 list, a ranking of the country’s fastest-growing food and drink companies on two-year sales growth. We have strong aspirations to continue this growth trajectory as we aim to be the number 1 plant-based brand in the UK and beyond and we believe we have the team and investment to achieve this.
Why are we doing THIS?
Andy and Pete are our co-founders and their last job entailed selling tonnes (literally tonnes) of meat. Then they felt bad. Also, they felt like meat-alternatives weren't really for people who love the taste of meat. So they’ve basically ended up making THIS for themselves, but they’d love other meat-lovers to give it a go too. THIS is a game-changer.
At our core, our vision is to have a world where animals aren’t food and the environment is protected.
Our mission statement to guide us to getting there is:

What’s with this role?
Due to some exciting progression, we have a role available as Senior Supply Manager with the Operations team reporting to the Operations Director.
You’ll be joining a dedicated, close-knit team that’s always learning, tackling challenges head-on, and building the systems that form a rock-solid foundation for our business - so that when someone reaches for one of our products, it’s exactly where it should be.
What will you be getting up to?
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our amazing supply partners deliver the products our customers love—right when and where they need them. Here’s what that looks like in practice:
- Supply Planning & Forecasting
- You’ll take ownership of forecasting to ensure we have the right ingredients, packaging, and production capacity in place across our manufacturing sites. This not only enables us to meet demand but also helps us manage stock levels and cash flow effectively.
- Inventory Management
- You’ll be responsible and own the process for tracking stock across all storage locations, proactively identifying and resolving potential shortages or write-offs before they become issues. In a fast-growing business, that’s no small feat!
- Innovation Delivery
- You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully launch exciting new products into our supply network.
- S&OP Leadership
- You’ll lead the Supply element of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle and represent its outputs to the wider business.
- Team Leadership
- As a key member of the Supply and broader Operations team, you’ll foster and drive a positive, high-performing culture—making sure it remains a fantastic place to work.
What are we looking for?
- Someone with an end-to-end understanding of FMCG supply chain (ideally in Chilled)
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG Operations with a strong understanding of 3rd party supplier relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and (very) numerical aptitude
- Someone who’s as comfortable within excel as they are building relationships with partners
- Ideally a person who’s worked in a high-growth company and has experienced all the associated growing pains, challenges and wins
- Someone with management experience.
