Senior Sustainability Consultant

A leading independant, sustaiability-led consultancy is seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver SAP, SBEM and EPC assessments for new and existing developments.
  • Prepare Energy and Sustainability Statements for planning, including London Plan compliance.
  • Conduct TM59/TM52 Overheating Assessments and support Whole Life-Cycle Carbon and Circular Economy Statements.
  • Lead client communication and coordinate with design teams to provide practical, compliant advice.
  • Support junior assessors and contribute to the development of internal sustainability frameworks.

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in energy modelling or sustainability consultancy.
  • Skilled in IES-VE, Elmhurst, or equivalent software.
  • Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning policy.
  • Strong communicator with commercial awareness and initiative.
