CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent, Full-time
DEPARTMENT: Talent Acquisition & Inclusion - Early Careers
LOCATION: London, Glasgow, Birmingham, Salford, Cardiff - Hybrid working with an expectation of being able to be based in the office approx. 2 days per week.
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £35,800 - £41,767 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights. London weighting of £5,319 if applicable.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We’re now looking for a passionate and experienced recruiter to join ourEarly Careers Talent Acquisition team, focusing on our Editorial apprenticeship schemes in Journalism and Production. We are looking for someone that will thrive off working in a challenging and busy environment with the ability to draw on their experience to hit the ground running. We are always looking to keep the candidate and stakeholder sat the central point in all we do to deliver high quality, diverse apprentice hires into the BBC.
