Role Overview

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate closely with your manager, the Venues People Director, and HR Business Partners to develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy. Your role involves translating strategic goals into effective hiring outcomes, ensuring timely and targeted recruitment aligned with business priorities.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team, owning management-level hiring across the business unit, and championing process transformation to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Building robust talent pipelines and collaborating with stakeholders on workforce planning are key aspects of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with leadership to implement strategic recruitment initiatives.
  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including confidential executive searches and high-volume hiring.
  3. Innovate and improve recruitment processes, focusing on efficiency and experience.
  4. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
  5. Leverage advanced sourcing tools and techniques to identify top talent.
  6. Utilize ATS and candidate management systems effectively for data integrity and reporting.
  7. Communicate clearly and organize effectively to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  8. Influence and partner across all levels of the organization.
  9. Drive results with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
