Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Commercial & People at Sportradar. We are growing and hiring a hands-on Senior TA Partner to define and execute hiring plans for the Commercial & People divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Become the trusted Senior TA Partner for the Commercial & People Divisions (split among multiple locations)
  • Nurture relationships and engagement with senior and local leadership
  • Deliver hands-on, delivery-focused hiring across the two divisions in partnership with stakeholders
  • Own the full life cycle hiring process
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Implement localized processes and conduct team and hiring manager trainings
  • Build a data-driven approach to recruiting and align this globally
  • Actively lead and participate in TA projects
  • Support Employer Branding initiatives

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in an internal Talent Acquisition team recruiting a high volume of Commercial roles; experience recruiting for people roles is a significant advantage
  • End-to-end recruitment experience in a large, matrix, multinational organization
  • Initiative-taking problem-solver with a creative and flexible mindset
  • Self-motivated, high-energy professional who consistently meets or exceeds performance expectations
  • Experience building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and consulting senior management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities under tight timelines
  • Awareness and appreciation for diversity, leveraging multinational perspectives
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment with the ability to handle multiple time zones and cross-functional needs
  • Fluency in business English; additional language skills are highly valued
