Your core mission will be to transform our recruitment model, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to successful induction.This role will work closely with the Medical Workforce Manager, providing leadership and direction to the service, whilst developing effective working relationships, efficient practices and a motivated workforce.This is a great time to join the team as we roll out new ways of working, develop and improve processes and practices; you will be instrumental in shaping these and ensuring successful outcomes.We are looking for a strategic and solutions-focused professional who has a proven track record of making a tangible difference within an in-house Talent Acquisition team. You are a natural relationship builder, skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Interviews will take place in the afternoon of Thursday 16th October.Main duties of the jobAct as the designated subject matter expert for medical and dental recruitment within the Trust, providing effective advice and support to recruiting managers in a timely and proactive mannerBe a true business partner – create adverts, provide expertise where applicable in the shaping of interview questions and recruitment processes that enable managers to hire the best talent at pace to meet the various pressures on staffing.
