What Youll Be Doing

Leading senior-level recruitment campaigns for top-tier engineers within the engineering and construction sectors, with a focus on data centres.

Building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates, making matches that last and deals that sparkle.

Showcasing your winning track record in client acquisition within the data centre marketbecause you know how to open doors and close deals.

Collaborating with a high-performing, fun-loving team who love a good GIF as much as a great placement.

Preparing for an exciting relocation to Charlestown, West Virginia in one yearwhere sweet tea and southern hospitality await.

What Were Looking For

Extensive experience as a Senior Talent Partner or similar senior recruitment role within engineering and construction.

Proven background in placing senior qualified engineers, ideally within the data centre market.

Stellar client-winning skillsyour network is legendary, and your business development stories are the stuff of recruitment folklore.

Excited by adventure, change, and the chance to make an impact in a whole new setting.

Currently UK-based, with a willingness and enthusiasm to relocate to Charlestown, West Virginia in one year.
