Overview

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Executive Hiring (FTC) – 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Hybrid working: in the office a minimum of 2 days per week. Location: London (Victoria) or Cambridge. Application deadline: ASAP.

This is a 12 month fixed-term maternity cover contract to source and recruit executive talent for roles ranging from Managing Consultant (Director) through to Partner across PA’s business.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract executive-level candidates.
• Build and manage pipelines of high-calibre executive talent across multiple disciplines.
• Qualify and assess candidates against role requirements and PA’s culture.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience with professionalism and care.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and deliver a best-in-class candidate journey.

You’ll have access to tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and specialist platforms, and you’ll work with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, HR, and the wider business.

Qualifications / About You

• Proven experience in executive recruitment, ideally within professional services or a similarly complex environment.
• Strong sourcing expertise and familiarity with executive search techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive levels.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform and improve performance.
• High levels of personal resilience, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
