The Role:
The role supports the process of hiring high quality candidates by designing attraction strategies to generate direct applications and screening in an efficient manner to provide long-lists of relevant and engaged candidates.
The Principal Sourcing Specialist will be seen as an expert in providing a white glove service to both stakeholders and candidates. You will take ownership of requisitions, pro-actively searching / headhunting and tracking the performance of those roles, directly with client stakeholders as required.
What you’ll be doing
- Pro-active sourcing and head hunting for senior positions for Quants & Strats
- Work with colleagues to design and implement effective candidate attraction strategies to drive direct applications to meet overall demand
- Market mapping to ensure a healthy pipeline of candidate
- Fully utilise relevant ATS (Applicant Tracking System) ensuring that activities are conducted within the ATS as appropriate, that data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes and that it accurately reflects the status of all activity
- Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements, sharing expertise and best practice as appropriate
You’ll need to demonstrate
Must haves
- Extensive experience in pro-active head-hunting / sourcing
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong recruitment/ sourcing experience within a busy and challenging environment
Nice to haves
- Financial or Professional Services experience will be favourable
