Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – 6 Month FTC
Wimbledon - Hybrid (3 days office)

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a client of ours on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role is pure sourcing focused role, supporting hiring across both experienced and entry-level recruiter positions in their London and New York offices.

The role:

• Build pipelines of recruiter talent (experienced & entry-level)
• Partner with stakeholders to drive a seamless recruitment process
• Manage cross-border hiring for London and NYC offices

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2+years experience in an agency TA role
• Able to hit the ground running and instantly make an impact
• Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to engage passive talent
• Experience hiring recruiter/talent-focused roles
• Confident operating in a fast-paced, international environment
• 6-month FTC
• 3 days per week in the office
