Senior Tech Recruitment Consultant (Remote Option)

Experience: 3–4 Years in Recruitment

This is an opportunity to leverage your 3–4 years’ experience into a senior role where you’ll have the autonomy to build your own market, bill at higher margins, and set yourself up for international relocation to Austin, Texas. We’re partnered with a high-growth tech recruitment business that has built an exceptional reputation in the US market. With confirmed plans to launch in Austin, they’re looking for ambitious consultants who want to help lead the charge—remotely from the UK now, and in Texas within 12 months if desired.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running a 360 recruitment desk across the tech space (permanent roles only).
• Taking ownership of your own market vertical and building a sustainable client base.
• Working directly with senior leadership on the growth and structure of the US team.
• Generating leads, sourcing top-tier tech talent, and closing high-value placements.
• Option to remain remote in the UK or relocate to Texas with full support.

What’s On Offer

• Base salary £40k–£55k DOE + uncapped commission up to 40%.
• OTE £100k+ realistic in year one for experienced billers.

• Strong billing track record with proven client and candidate development skills.
