Senior Technical Account Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to provide technical post-sales guidance to Automat-it customers while maintaining long-term relationships, identifying pain points, and addressing them. Work location - hybrid from London.

Responsibilities

  • Offer post-sales technical support to customers on complicated technical issues, maintain excellent customer relationships, and ensure satisfaction
  • Act as a post-sale Solutions Architect and collaborate with the Account Managers team to identify and capitalize on untapped opportunities
  • Be in charge of a portfolio of local and EU-based customers
  • Assess and address client queries and needs in a timely manner and assist with utilizing AWS services effectively
  • Advise customers on proper cloud environment usage
  • Assist with DevOps and Cloud delivery tracking to ensure customer satisfaction across all teams
  • Monitor account metrics, including CSAT and financials
  • Frequent travels - locally (on-demand to meet with customers and partners and attend local events) and abroad (at least once a quarter)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of working experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, DevOps, or Cloud Engineer
  • Hands-on experience with an AWS environment
  • Relevant AWS certification(s)
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with startups
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives on relevant technical items
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
