Role overview

We're looking for someone with a proven knowledge of Claims Fraud and coaching techniques who has a genuine passion to help develop our colleagues who handle First Party and Customer Claims Fraud. You will be working collaboratively across the function to provide tailored coaching solutions - enabling our fraud handlers to deliver value in everything they do. This can include delivering and designing training material, referrals, managing stakeholders across the business and ensuring that the team hit their KPI’s by continuously monitoring and improving the quality standards.
