Position Overview:

The Entrust (formerly Onfido) Real Identity Platform, our SaaS remote identity verification solution provides an AI-powered platform for financial services to meet global regulatory needs, fight the world’s most sophisticated fraud, and enable seamless onboarding and access throughout the customer lifecycle.

As part of the Geo Expansion business line-focused on driving growth in new target markets - we prioritize a deep understanding of local regulatory environments and ensure our product is well-positioned for success. This initiative is highly cross-functional, and Technical Program Managers (TPMs) play a central role in driving collaboration.

In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with strong organizational skills to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from discovery through execution and go-to-market. You’ll support a core team of specialists in mapping compliance landscapes, identifying relevant certification frameworks, conducting product gap analyses, developing new features, and coordinating conformity assessments.

Working closely with Product Managers, you’ll help define the optimal path to market success while ensuring alignment across engineering, applied science, sales, marketing, user research, legal, and other key functions. You’ll also be responsible for communicating progress internally and externally, ensuring transparency, surfacing risks early, and keeping stakeholders informed at every stage.
