Position Overview

At Entrust we’re shaping the future of identity centric security solutions. The Entrust Real Identity Platform is a SaaS remote identity verification solution that provides an AI-powered platform for financial services to meet global regulatory needs, fight fraud, and enable onboarding and access throughout the customer lifecycle. The Geo Expansion business line focuses on driving growth in new target markets with a deep understanding of local regulatory environments. Technical Program Managers (TPMs) drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, legal, and other functions to deliver complex programs from discovery to go-to-market.

You will combine technical expertise with strong organizational skills to lead multi-disciplinary programs, map compliance landscapes, identify relevant certification frameworks, perform product gap analyses, develop new features, and coordinate conformity assessments. You’ll work closely with Product Managers to define the path to market success while ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders. You will also communicate progress, surface risks early, and keep stakeholders informed at every stage.

Responsibilities

  • Build and coordinate a cross-functional core team to drive execution.
  • Ensure internal and external commitments are delivered on time and to high quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans and roadmaps.
  • Lead program-level and quarterly planning cycles.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure alignment across the core team, keep stakeholders informed, and facilitate timely decision-making.
  • Proactively manage interdependencies across teams and functions.
  • Identify, monitor, communicate, and resolve risks and blockers efficiently.
  • Continuously improve internal processes and tools by introducing industry best practices.
  • Take ownership of audit and certification activities, including vendor selection, audit planning, onboarding subject matter experts, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Drive internal communications to increase visibility of initiatives and team achievements.

Essential Skills And Experience

  • Over 5 years of experience leading technical projects and programs from concept through launch across diverse software development environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics for different audiences and drive alignment.
  • Fluent in both technical and business domains, bridging engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Well-versed in agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with hands-on delivery experience.
  • Experience navigating regulatory frameworks, working with legal teams, and interpreting complex compliance requirements, particularly within the EU regulatory landscape.
  • Experience launching products in new markets with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Desirable Experiences

  • Prior experience overseeing third-party conformity assessments or external/internal audit processes is advantageous.

Contract

This is a one-year fixed-term contract (maternity cover).
