Senior Technical Recruiter (Tech & Product focus) – Omaze UK

Location: Holborn, London. Office policy: 3 days in person, 2 days at home each week. Reports to: VP Talent. Team: People.

Overview

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Omaze, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-caliber candidates to support our continued growth. You’ll specialise in scaling our world-class Product and Technology teams, recruiting engineers, data professionals, and product managers who are building the technology behind Omaze’s growth and platform innovation. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment process and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience while filling high-priority roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own recruitment for Tech/Product: Lead all hiring efforts across our tech and product teams, from search kick-off to offer.
  • Build scalable hiring processes: Establish recruiting best practices that reflect Omaze values and ensure we hit delivery timelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers: Provide expert guidance on role scoping, job ads, interviews, and candidate selection.
  • Source top talent: Use a mix of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, direct outreach, events) to build a high-quality pipeline.
  • Champion candidate experience: Ensure every candidate feels valued, informed, and engaged throughout the process.
  • Track and report: Maintain accurate recruiting metrics, progress reports, and hiring dashboards.
  • Stay compliant: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

About You

  • Proven experience in recruiting for a wide variety of Tech/Product roles within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions at different levels and specialties within a business.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders across all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining high standards of candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
