Senior Technology Solutions Architect – PermanentLocation:London (3 days in office with 2 days WFH)Salary:£55,000–£60,000 per annumStart:ASAP following successful interviewAbout the Role:Our client, a forward-thinking not-for-profit organisation, is seeking an experiencedTechnology Solutions Architectto lead the optimisation, integration, and strategic development of their business systems. This is a senior, hands-on role for a true expert in technology platforms who can combine strategic oversight with practical implementation.You will be responsible for maximising the functionality of existing systems, integrating new platforms, ensuring security and compliance, and managing external suppliers to deliver high-quality technology solutions. You will also manage a small internal team and play a key role in shaping the organisation’s long-term technology strategy.Must-Have Expertise:Proven experience as a Technology Solutions Architect or senior systems integrator.Deep understanding of business systems integration, data flows, and interoperability (Salesforce, HR, Finance, and cloud platforms).Experience managing external suppliers and SLAs, contracts, and KPIs.Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving across multiple platforms.Strong knowledge of information security principles and GDPR compliance.Key Responsibilities:Lead system integration projects and drive continuous improvements across platforms.Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external technology providers.Manage day-to-day operations of business systems, ensuring stability, governance, and security.Identify opportunities to optimise processes and technology functionality.Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for team members.Oversee technology budgets and manage vendor contracts effectively.Support a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing technology function aligned with organisational goals.About You:Strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in multiple platforms.Excellent communicator capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple initiatives.Flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering value in a not-for-profit environment.Why Join Our Client:This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the organisation’s technology landscape, shaping its future systems strategy while making a tangible impact in a purpose-driven organisation.
