About the Opportunity

My client is looking to expand their in‑house temporary works design capabilities and is therefore recruiting permanently for a Design Engineer or Design Manager (depending on the amount of experience gained) to provide design engineering services within the Temporary Works Design Team. Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will be competent in the production of temporary works within the sectors mentioned above and will represent the company at meetings with clients, other professionals and suppliers.

Requirements

• Hold suitable tertiary qualifications.
• Have vast working knowledge of the current ‘Euro’ design standards.
• Hold a minimum of 3 years post‑graduate experience in the design of temporary works within sectors such as RC frames, groundworks and basements.
• Have good knowledge of the use of AutoCAD / 3D Modelling.

Rewards

For this permanent opportunity, the client is targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere from £50,000 to £90,000 per annum; salary may be flexible depending on experience and suitability.
