Location: Egham, Surrey (Hybrid working available)

Salary: c.£45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: 35 hours/week, flexible between 8am and 6pm

Further information on hybrid arrangements: Office attendance up until end of this year is as and when required for key project/team meetings – circa 3-4 times per month. From January next year, expectation is that people will work from the office 4 days in every 10 working days (average of 2 per week).

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end testing across multiple Agile projects
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
  • Own test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting
  • Mentor junior team members and support their development
  • Ensure quality assurance and test governance across delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation

What You’ll Bring

  • Hands-on software testing experience
  • Strong experience with API, web, mobile, and cross-platform testing
  • Skilled in Agile/Scrum and familiar with tools like JIRA, TFS, ALM
  • Comfortable working with C#, .NET, SQL, Postman, and SOAP UI
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Bonus if you have: Automation testing experience (e.g. Selenium), logistics industry exposure, ISTQB certification
