Location: Hertfordshire/Cambridgeshire area (Hybrid – ideally 3 days in office but flexible)

Salary: DOE (EOT Structure)

Experience: 3 - 6 years post-graduate experience

A well‑established, employee‑owned planning consultancy experiencing an exciting growth phase is seeking established Senior Town Planners or or ambitious Town Planners ready to take the next step in their career. What They’re Looking For:

• Role Levels: Town Planners/Senior Planners
• Experience: Private sector experience essential for Senior-level roles
• Qualifications: RTPI-accredited degree is essential

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit planning applications for a range of private sector developments (residential, commercial, mixed-use, etc.)
• Support medium-to-large planning projects from inception to completion
• Conduct research, site visits, and prepare planning appeals, assessments and reports
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project progression
• Deliver high-quality project outputs within set deadlines
