Senior Trade Manager, DTC

A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Trade Manager in London or Amsterdam, on a permanent basis.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor performance, track KPIs, and optimise the online shopping experience to maximise revenue growth.
- Drive the expansion of new DTC sites across Europe.
- Enhance trade performance by leading the Centre of Excellence (CoE) and commercial strategies, focusing on improving conversion rates across key markets.
- Develop and manage pricing strategies and promotional offers to drive sales, optimise margins, and stay competitive.
Trade & Campaign Planning & Execution
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches aligned with local market goals.
- Coordinate trade calendars across regions (UK, FR, DE, SE, IE) to ensure consistency and maximize promotion impact.
- Define and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches and campaigns.
- Establish KPIs and best practices to optimize market impact and efficiency.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Collaborate with in-market teams, supply, and merchandisers to ensure product availability and excellent customer service.
Team and Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment
- Manage and coach one direct report.
- Align with stakeholders on goals, strategies, and timelines for trade initiatives.
- Prepare and present bi-weekly trade reports, monitor KPIs, and follow up on insights.
The Skills you will bring to the team
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial & E-Commerce roles, preferably with DTC experience, with a proven track record of growth and optimisation across multiple regions.
- Deep understanding of online sales management, digital marketing, and customer experience enhancement.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Strong collaboration skills across functions and markets.
- Expertise in go-to-market strategies, pricing, bundling, and promotional activities.
- Ability to create and analyse KPIs and trade reports for strategic decisions.
- Experience managing trade calendars and cross-market promotions.
- Success in performance improvement initiatives and online shopping experience optimisation.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Tableau, GA4) and CMS tools is preferred.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work across multiple priorities and teams.
- This role includes direct line management, leading, coaching, and developing team members.
