What you’ll be doing

As part of the Reapit Training Team you’ll be involved in:

  • Preparing and delivering learning material to clients and to new Reapit colleagues, ensuring required standards are met and project requirements are covered
  • Complete basic and more complex training needs analysis as required
  • Maintain manual and online training records as required
  • Work with customers to ensure and optimise their operational investment, specifically targeting our Top 15 to create bespoke training plans and deliver measurable success.
  • Work with other internal teams to collaborate on training plans

Who we’re looking for

At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years proven experience delivering both face-to-face and online training, ideally within CRM software solutions or the estate agency sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of designing, developing, and delivering structured training programmes and professional training materials for a variety of audiences.
  • Strong understanding of training needs analysis, learning methodologies, and adapting delivery styles to suit different learner profiles.
  • Knowledge of UK Estate Agency operations, processes, and compliance requirements (highly desirable).

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver, track, and evaluate training programmes.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate 360, or similar) to create engaging and interactive training assets.
  • Strong digital literacy, with the ability to leverage technology and data to enhance training effectiveness and learner engagement.
  • Competence in using CRM systems (estate agency CRM experience strongly preferred).

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the confidence to lead and influence large groups, both in-person and virtually.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset, capable of adapting in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and development, staying up to date with best practices in training delivery and learning technologies.

What your impact and success looks like

As a Trainer we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:

Within 1 month:

  • Be familiar with our product suite and the solutions we have
  • Understand the training options available to internal and external staff
  • Externally deliver our most popular basic course
  • Internally deliver our other basic courses
  • Present learnings of estate agency processes

Within 3 months:

  • Externally deliver all front-end courses
  • Internally deliver property management courses
  • Manage a basic Go Live project for a new customer

Within 6 months:

  • Confidently deliver all front end, property management and reporting courses
  • Internally deliver basic client accounts knowledge
  • Manage a large Go Live project
