Overview

Fin Search are recruiting a Senior Transactional Finance Manager for an internationally recognised professional services business based in Leeds. The role operates under a hybrid model - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home each week. This is a senior role with an extensive remit covering accounts payable, credit control and cash management. The successful candidate will lead cross functional finance teams to ensure an accurate and timely delivery of transactional finance services for the business.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement delivery strategies for transactional finance services.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Act as a senior point of contact for escalations.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support strategic moves and change.
• Lead, develop and progress team leaders and managers within each reporting division.

Qualifications

• Experience in a relevant role managing cross functional transactional finance teams.
• Experience developing teams and implementing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic approach to transactional finance.

Salary and benefits
