You’ll lead performance reporting, manage our PPM tool (Wave), and act as the main interface with our strategic partner McKinsey to ensure the successful delivery of system enhancements.You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure consistent adoption of transformation processes, support workstream leads, and produce insight-driven reports and dashboards that help drive decision-making and performance.## **Key Responsibilities*** Lead development and continuous improvement of TO processes and Wave configuration.* Own performance reporting across hygiene, delivery, and outcomes.* Act as the subject matter expert and point of contact for Wave.* Support TO meetings, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up.* Produce monthly reporting packs and dashboards for executive review.* Maintain transformation documentation including change logs, risk logs, and the TO handbook.* Provide assurance reviews and support communication across the transformation portfolio.### ## **What We’re Looking For*** A pragmatic problem solver with strong attention to detail.* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.* Curious, proactive, and highly organised.* Comfortable working in a high-paced, change-driven environment.* Knowledge of project management, PMO, and change management.* Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools is highly desirable.### At Southern Water, transformation is at the heart of everything we do.
