Evaluate transport impacts of major and minor planning applications. Advise on transport policy for the Council’s Local Plan. Lead negotiations with developers and stakeholders. Represent the Council at Planning Committee and public inquiries.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in highways/transport planning, policy evaluation, and stakeholder negotiation. Excellent communication, analytical, and IT skills. Degree in civil engineering, planning, or related field (or equivalent experience).
