Job Description

  • Delivering a boutique, high-touch recruitment service that consistently exceeds expectations for both clients and candidates.
  • Building, growing, and managing a portfolio of leisure travel clients, with a focus on repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Actively headhunting top travel talent using advanced Boolean searches, social media sourcing, referrals, and direct approaches.
  • Leading the full recruitment lifecycle: job brief, search strategy, candidate engagement, interview preparation, client management, and offer negotiation.
  • Partnering with your dedicated admin support to ensure job adverts, CVs, and candidate communications are polished, professional, and on-brand.
  • Driving candidate attraction and client visibility by sharing compelling content and job posts via LinkedIn.
  • Using our world-class ATS to create targeted projects, direct mail campaigns, and market maps, keeping all records accurate and up to date.
  • Interviewing and assessing candidates thoroughly, presenting only the strongest profiles backed by clear suitability reasons.
  • Preparing candidates comprehensively for interviews and ensuring rapid follow-up with both candidates and clients.
  • Sharing candidates across the business where appropriate – with commission splits paid – to maximise conversions and ensure best fit.
  • Building your own brand within the travel recruitment sector by maintaining an active LinkedIn presence with testimonials and recommendations.

Experience Required

  • Demonstrable track record of success in a leisure travel recruitment agency (not in-house) – this is non-negotiable.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong organisational ability with the discipline to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commercial acumen and sound decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
  • Negotiation skills that consistently close deals and secure long-term client partnerships.
  • Confident IT user with database management experience (ATS/CRM proficiency).
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ergonomic home setup with own laptop and phone.
