We are looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to lead our Treasury function at CHP. This pivotal role will manage CHP’s liquidity, investments, and financial risk, while delivering insightful Treasury reporting and analysis to meet internal and external requirements—including those of our investors and financial stakeholders.

You’ll oversee day-to-day Treasury operations including cash and debt management, covenant compliance, and administrative support, ensuring a high-performing function. You’ll also be responsible for producing and maintaining the Treasury Strategy, Policy and procedures—ensuring 100% compliance and maximising value for money, all while supporting the delivery of our Corporate Strategy.

What you’ll be doing

  • Produce and improve cash forecasting models, treasury reports, and financial position updates for the Head of Finance, Executive Management Team, Committees, and Board.
  • Review financial statements, agreements, and treasury-related issues, providing advice, options, and recommendations to support investment and financial growth decisions.
  • Monitor compliance with funding covenants, preparing regular updates for the Board and Leadership Team.
  • Manage day-to-day operational relationships with banks, financial institutions, and funders.
  • Monitor daily cash positions, prepare cash flow forecasts (short and long-term), optimise working capital, and ensure liquidity in line with the Treasury Management Policy.

What we are looking for

  • Qualified to at least Diploma in Treasury Management level by the ACT.
  • Good knowledge of monetary markets, business investment management and financing strategies.
  • Strong experience in collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, financial statements and complex financial forecasting models.
  • Good experience in distilling complex analysis and presenting findings succinctly.
  • Experience of engaging with management with the gravitas to support and influence their decision making.
  • The salary for this post will be £70,000 Per Annum.
