Full Time – Permanent | Up to £52,017 per annum plus benefits | Location: Hybrid or Remote (within the UK).

Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the growth and development of the Trusts and Foundations programme, to deliver significant and sustainable income growth to ensure they can deliver on their ambitious goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead responsibility for developing relationships with existing and prospective institutional funders, especially those with the potential to give strategic multi-year grants.
- Work closely with the Services Team to identify and package up compelling projects that will attract funders.
- Provide leadership to the Trusts and Philanthropy Officer; oversee and ensure an excellent standard of cultivation, stewardship and reporting across the Trusts and Foundations portfolio.
- Build a strong prospect pipeline and develop a multi-year plan to achieve a range of funding applications including six- and seven-figure grants and contracts.
- Line manage the Trusts and Philanthropy Officer (focusing on mid-lower level approaches) and support the Senior Philanthropy Specialist.
- Be responsible for income budget and for monitoring and reporting on the Trust’s income pipeline.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Demonstrable track record of leading the area of Trusts & Foundations, previously, generating six-figure plus multi-year income.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to synthesise information from a range of sources and turn complex projects into clear and compelling cases for support.
- Significant knowledge of the UK funding landscape, philanthropy and fundraising methods.
Location & Working Arrangements
Location: Hybrid basis (with the expectation to attend the central Bath office at least 20% of your time each month) or fully remote within the UK.
