Role: Lead UX/UI Designer Rate: Up to £700 p/d – Via Umbrella Location: East Midlands HQ – Highly Remote – 1 day p/cm on site Duration: 6 months This role sits at the intersection of design, product, and technology. This venture redefining how professionals manage their wealth. As an Experience Designer, you’ll be responsible for crafting seamless, emotionally intelligent, and data-informed user journeys across our digital platforms and end to end customer experiences.
Experience Required: Experience designing digital products in high-growth environments (fintech, consumer tech, or scale-ups). Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end experience design, with a focus on mobile-first journeys. Fluency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) and AI-enhanced design workflows. Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams. Familiarity with behavioural design, service design, and systems thinking. Passion for solving real problems through design and delivering measurable impact.
