Location: Central London (Z1) – 3 days p/w on site

Duration: 12 months

Sanderson has partnered with one of the largest tech brands on the planet, seeking a UI Designer to join a growing multicultural Product Design team.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience designing in Mandarin, Korean, Thai, or Cantonese is essential
• An exceptional eye for detail, creativity, and innovative problem solving, with fluency in iOS design patterns.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary design studio.
• Comfort working on multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to new information and priorities.
• Ability to communicate concepts and designs clearly through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes.
• Familiarity with established design systems and contributing to their evolution.
• Proactive approach to ambiguous situations, creating clarity and defining software products from the ground up.
• Collaborative mindset with constructive feedback skills.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to contribute to team discussions.
• A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, hands-on expertise, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project leadership, creative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to influence product features.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Keynote, and prototyping tools.
• Awareness of cultural impact on design and a commitment to inclusive design.
